Why we’re different

We have added the following new NADCAP in house NDE capabilities that will consolidate processes and allow you to qualify for a broader range of customers:

FPI – Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection

Fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) is a type of dye penetrant inspection in which a fluorescent dye is applied to the surface of a non-porous material in order to detect defects that may compromise the integrity or quality of the part in question.

MPI – Magnetic Particle Inspection

Magnetic particle inspection (MPI) magnetizes to find discontinuities. Magnetic particle inspection successfully detects surface and near surface defects in ferromagnetic materials such as steel and iron.
